Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, had a meeting with the coordinators of Bringbackourgirls, a group formed to clamour for the rescue of the abducted Chibok girls, on Wednesday inside the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, security chiefs and other top government officials were also present at the meeting.
Dr. Oby Ezekwesili; Mariam Uwais and Hadiza Bala-Usman are the leaders of the group. Members of the delegation also include parents of some of the over 200 girls abducted in Chibok, Borno State in April 2014.
The meeting commenced shortly after noon when the President and the Vice President arrived.
