Nigeria international, Kelechi Iheanacho, who settled the difference between arch rivals, Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho (at least until their next clash), has spoken to Sky news about how it felt to score the winning goal at the much anticipated Manchester derby.
He told Sky Sports: “It is a dream come true to play in the Manchester derby and to get a winning goal.
“I’m happy, I’m very happy, for my team, for everyone.
“They really worked hard to get the victory today.”
On his goal, Iheanacho added: “It was about being in the right place at the right time.
“I didn’t expect the shot, I didn’t expect it to hit the post and come back, but I’m happy to be in the right place and to score.”
