The sacking, reinstatement and subsequent sacking of the erstwhile chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Pensions Reform, Mr. Abdulahi Abdulrasheed Maina, has left a bitter taste in the mouths of many Nigerians.
A lot of Nigerians have taken to Twitter to express their disappointment in president Buhari’s involvement as the saga unfolds. Many are saying openly that they don’t believe that the president was unaware of Maina’s reinstatement dealing a heavy blow on the president’s reputation.

Maina gave millions to Abba Kyari for Buhari's elections. Nothing would happen to Maina. He would cool off like Babachir!!!

Sack of Maina is window dressing Buhari deploys to keep his followers spellbound. Bigger issues like Baru's $25b illegal contracts ignored.

Who ordered, directed or instructed the Head of Service to reinstate Maina? Only the President can do that. Forget this mago-mago tactics

If it takes the action of the president to order the sack of Maina, then this govt is clearly inefficient & lacking effective leadership.
