Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey, To Spend 3-6 Months Somewhere In Africa Next Year
Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey announced that he would be returning for a three-to-six-month stay next year, but he didn’t say exactly where he would be going.
Mr. Dorsey made this announcement as he finished his tour of Africa that has lasted most of November tweeting that he was “sad to be leaving”.
He visited Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia and South Africa during the trip, sharing the highlights on his Twitter account.
The Twitter chief said that Africa would “define the future”, particularly of cryptocurrency but did not say why he believed that.
Sad to be leaving the continent…for now. Africa will define the future (especially the bitcoin one!). Not sure where yet, but I’ll be living here for 3-6 months mid 2020. Grateful I was able to experience a small part. 🌍 pic.twitter.com/9VqgbhCXWd
