Nigerian entertainer and Civil Rights activist, Charles Oputa, popular known as Charly Boy, has commented on the recent attack against former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, in Germany and said that the situation is only going to get worse.
In a statement released in a short video clip via his Twitter account, the self styled “Area fada” believes Nigeria has got to its tipping point.
While condemning the physical attack against the former Senate President, Charly Boy believes the attack is “a protest that highlights the pain of the people for the insensitivity of their leadership.”
He went on to say, “this is a message to others that this insensitivity of governance will no longer be tolerated.”
He ended the message with a chilling message that Nigerian leaders had better fixed Nigeria or else..!
My take on
Senetor Ike Ekweremadu’s beating and egg throwing in Germany.
Nigerians for so long have been taken for granted.
Enough should be enough.
Until our mumu do and we understand say na We Ne Government our situation will only get worse.
