Billboards Music Awards Nominates Burnaboy, Wizkid, Libianca and Rema

Nominations for this year’s Billboards Awards have been announced with nine new categories including Top Afrobeat Song and Top Afrobeat Artist.
Burnaboy, Wizkid, Libianca, Rema and Tems are the nominees for Top Afrobeat Artist while the nominees for Top Afrobeat Song were Ayra Starr, “Rush”; Libianca, “People”; Oxlade, “KU LO SA”; Rema & Selena Gomez, “Calm Down” and Victony, Rema, & Tempoe ft. Don Toliver, “Soweto”
The winners of the 2023 Billboard Music Awards will be announced on November 19 in a new format. Instead of a traditional broadcast, the event will feature “winner celebrations, behind-the-scenes moments, and performances created by the world’s biggest artists” in collaboration with Spotify Fans First. The BBMAs and Billboard’s social media channels will be used to broadcast these performances and award announcements.
