Following the appointment of announcement of Governor Rochas’ sister as Commissioner for happiness and couples’ fulfilment in Imo state, the term commissioner for happiness has started trending on Twitter.
The governor, who unveiled a statue dedicated to South African President Jacob Zuma earlier in the year made the announcement during the swearing in of 27 other new commissioners for Imo State.
