Nigerians Choose Chioma B As Cardi B’s “Nigerian Name”
The US rapper Cardi B has asked her fans to choose her new Nigerian name and gave two options, Chioma B or Cadijat.
Her tweet has already been retweeted more than 10,000 times:

On 3 January she tweeted that she was filing for Nigerian Citizenship after US President Donald Trump ordered the assassination of of Iranian commander Qasem Soleimani.
President Trump said Soleimani was plotting “imminent” attacks on US and he was killed in a US drone strike in Baghdad on Friday.
The rapper said it was the “dumbest move” Mr Trump has ever made.
The killing has sharply increased regional tensions, with Iran threatening “severe revenge”.
In response to the tweet a handful of Nigerians on Twitter put up online polls and in each of the polls Chioma B got more votes than Cadijat.
