Supreme Court Justice Pleads Not Guilty To 16-Count Corruption Charge
A Supreme Court Justice, Sylvester Ngwuta, on Monday pleaded not guilty to the 16-count charges preferred against him by the Federal Government at an Abuja Federal High Court in Abuja, according to a Daily Post report.
Ngwuta, was one of the judges arrested by the Department of State Services, DSS, over allegation of corruption.
The 16-count charges levied against the Supreme Court judge borders on breach of professional ethics and forgery.
