Special Assistant to President Buhari on Digital/New Media, Tolu Ogunlesi, has scored one against the “almighty” New York Times with a tweet.
The American publication used a picture of President Buhari to illustrate a story titled “Britain accuses some Lawmakers from Ghana of falsifying visa documents for family members.”
On seeing the tweet, Mr. Ogunlesi tweeted in response:
.@nytimes Photo Desk: We can't find any Ghana photos
.@nytimes Photo Editor: *Googles*. Use this one. It's the only African thing we have. https://t.co/LDqbQSw7Ky

After the New York Times realised the error and published an apology in the piece that the tweet links to Mr Ogunlesi tweeted this shade:
"While Nigerian & Ghanaian Jollof are often mistaken for each other, the two countries are actually different." #ApologizeLikeNYT pic.twitter.com/FwsCTIqcEL
