Will.i.am Confirms Black Eyed Peas Reunion

Will.i.am has confirmed plans for a Black Eyed Peas reunion.

According to a report in the Evening Standard, the 41-year-old singer – who sang alongside apl.de.ap, Fergie and Taboo in the hip hop group – said the band should have never split.

Speaking on Capital’s Evening Show with Roman Kemp he said: “Yeah…so…yes… There will be a Black Eyed Peas reunion. It breaks my heart that I even have to say that because really we should just always have been doing Black Eyed Peas actually.”

The band announced plans for an indefinite hiatus following the completion of their The E.N.D. World Tour in 2011.

They re-grouped – minus Fergie – in 2015 to mark their 20th anniversary with the Apple exclusive song, Yesterday.

A new LP would mark their seventh studio album following on from The Beginning which dropped in 2010.
